Virtual Private Servers, Call us now on 1300 694 678
A virtual private server (VPS, also referred to as Virtual Dedicated Server or VDS) is a method of partitioning a physical server computer into multiple servers that each has the appearance and capabilities of running on its own dedicated machine. Each virtual server can run its own full-fledged operating system, and each server can be independently rebooted.
Beta Program Available now. Australian residents only
We have implemented the VPS infrastructure and are looking for 30 beta testers to test our VPS solution. The reason for this beta program is to give us feedback on the experience of the service. Please note that VPS servers act the same as a stand alone server and require technical people who know how to operate a server.
Please note that the beta platform will be the actual commercial platform that we will be using once we go live so if you want to continue with a VPS plan there will be no disruption to your account.
To be part of the beta program please send an email to vpsbeta@digitalpacific.com.au with a username and password, First Name and Last Name (and a company name if this is for a company) and we will send you login details.
