When you use any of our services, we provide you with our worldwide redundant DNS locations at no extra cost. All DNS servers are constantly replicated around the world within seconds. Digital Pacific’s Windows Virtual Private Servers do not come with server management and are Self-Managed.
Self Managed is where you manage all aspects of your server environment, including troubleshooting issues (excl. hardware) and configuring all other aspects of the VPS such as Software Firewalls, IDS, and the installation of patches and updates to control panels and the operating system.

All support for third party software should be obtained directly from the relevant software vendor by the VPS customer.
