High quality of Tech Support Staff.

This is just a short note to say thanks for the consistently high quality of your tech support staff. I have had a few occasions recently where I have needed help and on each occasion the service has been pleasant, clever, imaginative and non-judgmental which for an older user like me is a major positive. I had occasion to ask for help a short time ago and Jack was very helpful and although my problem was one he had never encountered before, he was able, with constructive thinking and pleasant demeanour, able to solve it for me. I only wish it was as pleasing an experience every time I need to use a helpline. Many other businesses would do well to copy your model of quick, efficient and dare I say fun service.

It’s like working with a team of friends.

I am the founder of Disability Aid Dogs who train dogs for the disabled and a retired Electronics and IT tech. Over the 15 years of having a website, there have been many hosts, most of which were less than adequate, some totally unreliable, most also down right expensive. On a very limited budget running a Non Profit organisation, I needed a reliable web host who would discount our subscriptions.

I spoke to the team, later being phoned by the management, offering to totally sponsor us and not asking anything in return, just telling me that “It’s our pleasure to support your cause”. This company not only sponsors us, but their hosting and general client service is unparalleled by any other company I have worked with over the past 15 years (the list is quite extensive). Over the past six months, I have suffered a life threatening medical condition, just when I thought Digital Pacific could not offer any better service and support that I have enjoyed over nearly 2 years. How wrong I was, offering to do things that would normally cost bundles of cash, this company and crew swung into action and helped me through. No words could ever adequately describe my gratitude and admiration for the team at Digital Pacific, just this small thank you is my way of encouraging anybody thinking of signing up to their services.
