Being the founder and president of a not-for-profit support group, I needed a way to reach families all over Australia. The internet was the only way to go. I have found Digital Pacific to be efficient and prompt with all enquiries regarding my hosting account. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours - even at a weekend. From the setting up of my account which took less than 2 hours, to solving my problems with the spam filter, their advice and service has been clear consice and accurate.
