This is the amount of data transferred to and from your Dedicated server. Data transfer is measured in and out.

• 100 GB is approximately 100,000mb; 1 MB (approx. 1,000,000 bytes), 1 GB (approx. 1,000 MB)

Raid 0 Provides improved performance and additional storage but has no fault tolerance. A single disk failure destroys the entire array because when data is written to a RAID 0 drive, the data is broken into fragments. RAID 0 cannot implement error checking so any errors are unrecoverable.

If there is a hardware failure for any reason we offer a 2 hour hardware replacement guarantee getting you back online in no time.

You can use the online account manager to view and print past and current invoices, make payments, upgrade or downgrade your account and update other information all in real time.

On request we can change any DNS record to any IP address of your choice.

This allows you to install an SSL certificate purchased from a Secure Certificate provider. SSL certificates are used when sending sensitive information such as credit card information over the internet.

We can install any open source operating system of your choice, If you would like another OS such as Windows or Red Hat Enterprise we will have to charge for the licence fees, please contact us for more information.

Access your log files to find out information about which pages, images, and files are requested, who requests them, and how many bytes are transferred. These log files can be imported to a separate software package that can give you a complete breakdown and analysis of your web site and how it is performing. They can give you an idea on how to "fine tune" your site to ensure maximum exposure on the web.
